Never Miss a Date is an annual flower delivery package created for thoughtful partners with busy schedules. From Valentine’s Day to birthdays, anniversaries and spontaneous surprises, your flowers are planned in advance and delivered on the dates that matter.

Simply enter the important dates and delivery details when placing your order. We’ll prepare and deliver a beautiful bouquet for every occasion included in the package, helping you make your partner feel loved throughout the year.

Enjoy better rates with no special-occasion markups, even for peak dates such as Valentine’s Day.

Dates Included

Valentine’s Day

Your Valentine’s Day bouquet will be delivered on 14 February. This is a fixed delivery date.

Birthday

Enter your partner’s birth date when placing your order, and we’ll arrange for the birthday bouquet to be delivered on the selected date.

Dating or Wedding Anniversary

Enter your dating or wedding anniversary date at checkout. Your anniversary bouquet will be delivered on the date provided.

Mother’s Day / “Just Because” or another special milestone

Opt in for Mother’s Day or save this delivery for a spontaneous surprise and celebrate another meaningful occasion, such as a promotion, international women’s day, qixi, proposal anniversary or personal milestone. There is no need to decide this date yet. Simply WhatsApp us with your order number at least two days before your preferred delivery date to arrange the bouquet.

Flower design will be based on Florist’s Choice. Select the overall floral style you would like us to follow for your bouquets:

Every bouquet will be thoughtfully arranged in your selected theme. As fresh flowers are seasonal, the exact flower varieties may differ for each delivery and will be chosen based on the best available blooms. You may indicate general preferences or exclusions, such as “no pink,” “no roses” or “no lilies.” However, specific flower varieties cannot be guaranteed, particularly premium blooms that may exceed the package value. All preferences will be accommodated where possible but remain subject to seasonal availability and our florist’s discretion.

3. Write Your Messages

Enter your card messages when placing your order. You may prepare a different message for each occasion to make every delivery more personal.

If you would like to change a message later, WhatsApp us with your order number before the relevant delivery.

4. Leave the Flowers to Us

We’ll prepare and deliver a fresh bouquet for each occasion included in your package. There is no need to place a separate order every time an important date approaches.

Delivery Address

All bouquets will be delivered to the delivery address entered at checkout. Select the timeslot preferred, there will be a 1-time delivery fee ($20) charged for the first bouquet. Subsequent bouquets enjoy free delivery.

If the recipient’s address changes or you would like a bouquet delivered to a different location for a particular occasion, WhatsApp us with your order number at least 2 days before the scheduled delivery date.

Address and message changes are subject to sufficient advance notice and delivery availability.

Plan the dates once, and let us take care of the flowers throughout the year; beautifully arranged and delivered.

Package Validity and Delivery Schedule

The package is valid for one year from the date of purchase. All bouquets included in the package must be delivered within this validity period.

Your first bouquet will be scheduled for the nearest upcoming occasion based on the dates provided. The remaining bouquets will then be delivered in chronological order as each occasion occurs.

For example, if the package is purchased on 1 July 2026 and the dates provided are:

• Birthday: 1 October

• Valentine’s Day: 14 February

• Anniversary: 10 April

The bouquets will be delivered in this sequence:

1. 1 October 2026

2. 14 February 2027

3. 10 April 2027

If an occasion has already passed at the time of purchase, the bouquet will be scheduled for the next occurrence of that date, provided it falls within the package validity period.

For the final bouquet, you may choose either:

• A Mother’s Day bouquet, delivered on Mother’s Day; or

• A “Just Because” bouquet, arranged on a date of your choice.

If you do not opt for the Mother’s Day bouquet, you must WhatsApp us with your order number to arrange the “Just Because” delivery at least two days in advance. The delivery must take place before the package expires.

Any unused bouquets will expire at the end of the one-year validity period.
