DELIVERY:

All prices quoted are for self collection. It will be ready on the morning of your event or the night before, at a time arranged between you and our florists nearer to date. Delivery is $20.

BRIDAL BOUQUET CARE:

Submerge the stems in a cup of water if collection is the night before so that the flowers remain fresh till the event day. Keep them cool in an airconditioned room and avoid direct sunlight. Keep boutonnieres enclosed in the refrigerator.

VENUE SET UPS:

  • delivery fee of $60 is waived if total venue arrangements exceed $400.

  • all vases, stands, arch, easel, drapes, cloth, signages, lanterns, frames, crates, and props are on rental basis. a fee will incur for missing or damaged items.

  • for events without any on-rental items, tear down service is not included. couples are encouraged to let guests bring home the flowers or arrange for helpers or the venue to clear after event. if required, kindly notify us in advance and a disposal charge of $150-$200 will be payable. for events with teardown service included, remaining flowers at the end of the event will be collected and disposed. please inform us before the event if you wish to keep all the flowers.

  • it is understood that we will be the sole and exclusive florist for your event. by engaging us, it is agreed that no other person or company (with the exception of the venue's inhouse florist) shall provide fresh or artificial floral products for the same location without notice.

REPLACEMENTS:

As flowers are a natural product, we are unable to promise that every bouquet will look exactly the same as the product reference picture. Kindly note that there may be some variations in size, color, and positioning of flowers.

We will always pre-book flowers with our supplier for weddings so that we can get your preferred flower type. However, as flowers are a fresh product, we can only confirm the availability of your preferred flowers on the day before your event as there is possibility of shipment delay, unsuitability of flowers quality, etc. In the event that any item in your arrangement (including flower, foliage, or ribbon) is not available, we will replace with an alternative of similar color (Kindly let us know if you prefer to use the same flower type with different color). Please be assured that we will ensure that the overall look and colors remain the same. No refunds will be given for replacements.

Please note that we will reject requests for exact replicas of other florists’ designs. If you like a particular bouquet, kindly approach the original florist instead.

FLORAL CONSULTATIONS:

As part of our commitment to affordable bridal flowers, we do not include mood boards, dedicated calls, meetings or venue visits in our wedding packages. However, we are always happy to discuss about your bridal bouquet or wedding requirements over whatsapp +65 8892 6625.

Prices listed are for fresh flowers and standard floral types unless otherwise stated. Additional charges apply for premium flowers and colours, which will be communicated during discussions.

Colour theme is determined by the wedding couple and finalised around a month before event. send us inspiration pictures or simply tell us the colours preferred. Flower selections will be decided by our florist depending on supplier's availability. Due to erratic shipments, flower types will not be fixed in advance so as to allow flexibility in creating the final product. Do let us know if there is any flowers you hope to include or avoid and we will try our best to fulfil those requests.

PAYMENTS:

Payments may be made via Credit Card, Paynow, or Bank Transfer.
100% payment is required to confirm your booking.

CANCELLATIONS:

For bridal bouquets, 50% will be refunded for cancellations with at least 1 month notice before collection/delivery. No refunds will be given for any cancellations thereafter. Postponements must be made at least 2 weeks before the event and subject to the availability of our florist.

For wedding decor, no refunds will be given for any cancellations from date of confirmation. Postponements must be made at least 2 weeks before the event and subject to the availability of our florist.
